Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to services from SEO Services Consortium and Call System AI™, operated by Michael Penland and/or Matrix International Inc. (“we,” “us”), including SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, content syndication, marketing funnels, website design and AI receptionist services.

If you have a signed proposal, contract or service agreement with us, its terms take priority over this policy where they differ.

Free Services

Our Free Competition Market Analysis Report and initial consultations are free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.

Monthly Services

• Monthly services continue until you cancel, unless your agreement sets a minimum term.
• To cancel, give us at least 30 days’ written notice by email or through our contact form.
• You will be billed for the current period and any period that starts during the notice period. Billing then stops.
• We do not give partial refunds for unused days or for work already completed in a billing period.

Setup and Onboarding Fees

Setup, onboarding and configuration fees are non-refundable once work has started, because the time and resources are spent at the beginning of the engagement.

Website Design Projects

• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started.
• Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If you cancel a project partway through, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date, and we provide the work completed so far once it is paid for.

Third-Party Costs

Costs paid to other companies are non-refundable through us. These include domain names, hosting, software licenses, plugins, phone numbers, messaging fees and advertising spend (for example, Google Ads budgets). Some of these companies may offer their own refunds under their own policies.

Results

SEO and marketing results are not guaranteed, so refunds are not given because rankings, traffic or leads did not reach a certain level. See our Results Disclaimer for details.

Billing Errors and Refund Method

If you think you were charged by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will correct confirmed errors promptly.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most billing questions can be solved quickly.
