SEO Services Consortium and Call System AI™, operated by Michael Penland and/or Matrix International Inc. (“we,” “us”), send text messages (SMS and MMS) to people who have agreed to receive them. Messages may include:

• Replies to questions or quote requests you send us
• Follow-ups after a call answered by our team or our AI receptionist
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Account, billing and service notices for clients
• Promotional messages and offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive them

How You Opt In

You agree to receive text messages from us when you:

• Enter your mobile number on a form on our website and check the box agreeing to receive texts
• Text us first at one of our business numbers
• Tell us during a call that we may text you

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your requests and the services you use. Appointment and service messages are sent only when relevant.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

To start receiving messages again, reply START.
